Our company was founded in 1987 1987 in Thessaloniki by Telemachos Tsakirakis,who entered the food industry as the owner of a bougatsa workshop. The idea of the croquette came along in the following years, in response to the growing market needs for new products. 2004 Thus, in 2004 the small bougatsa workshop gave its place to a large, state-of-the-art production unit , based in Neochorouda's industrial park
Over the years we grew to become real croquette masters, seeing this special product Mr. Croquette Today, Mr.Croket stands as a synonym for quality croquettes, signing a wide range of culinary suggestions. Our flavors travel Greece and abroad, while you can find them from big supermarket chains to local eateries.
